The response to last week’s slideshow was great, and we’ll be keeping the Week In Pictures as a regular feature from here on out. But this week, we’re doing things a bit differently.

This week, we have work to do

There are only four more days until the crucial contests in Texas, Ohio, Vermont and Rhode Island. With close races predicted in all four states, every vote counts.

From the beginning, this movement has been about more than giant crowds, non-stop campaigning and the media glare. This movement has been about ordinary people reaching out to talk to family, friends, neighbors – and yes, even strangers – one person at a time.

No matter where you are, you can help make a difference this weekend.

We’re asking our supporters all across the country to use our online phonebanking tools to make one million calls to potential voters by Tuesday.

Whether you can help for one hour or one night, whether you can make 10 calls or one hundred calls or even a 1000, this is your chance to help make a difference.

So as an added inspiration for those about to begin calling and for those taking a break from the day’s calls, today’s slideshow is a look at just a few of the thousands of people who have given their time and their labor over the past 12 months to help change politics in America:
