Hillary Clinton is a lot of things: savvy, smart and tough. Yet her strengths are often her greatest weaknesses. Regardless of what anyone considers as a weakness, dogged persistence is her banner in life.

U.S. News & World Report - Senior Democratic strategists, many of whom had previously panned talk of a Clinton-Obama or Obama-Clinton ticket, are now talking up the idea of a ticket headed by Barack Obama with Hillary Clinton as his running mate.

Can we trust Obama to be a strong supporter of Israel? This is a good question, no matter how you look at it. Maybe Obama is Christian, and perhaps he never got sucked into Islam, but he certainly has Islamic sympathies.

U.S. News & World Report - I'll be the first to admit that I enjoy the sheer pleasure of listening to Obama speak, his cadences and crescendos, the optimism I've demonstrated myself when writing self-help books. Yes we can! His speeches stir me like a full-bodied symphony--although I sometimes can't recall his positions on particular issues later. I seriously doubt, though, that I'd swoon if I heard him in person. Some women apparently have at recent rallies.

NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenyan elders may impose a fine on U.S. presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton, payable in livestock, after a photo of her rival Barack Obama in robes dragged their people into the race for the White House.
